Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Advertising Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing advertising campaigns that enhance brand visibility and support business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement advertising campaigns across various platforms

Coordinate with vendors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging

Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize advertising strategies

Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations

Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of advertising resources

Prepare reports on advertising effectiveness and present findings to management

Assist in the development of creative materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

Maintain relationships with media outlets, agencies, and other partners

Qualifications : Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with advertising tools

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred
