LPN - Mercy Orthopedic & Hand Surgery Clinic Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Full Time Mercy Edmond I-35 North 2017 W I 35 Frontage Rd Overview : Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of person(s) licensed by a State regulatory board to prescribe medication and treatment, or under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Qualifications : Education : Diploma in Practical Nursing. Licensure : Active LPN license in Oklahoma. Experience : 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office. Certification : Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
