Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Must have a current and active General Lines Life and Health license
- General Lines Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Sales experience with a growth mindset (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Good communicator excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner.
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Fearless, positive attitude, and willingness to be accountable for results.
- Organized, detailed-oriented, and excellent time-management skills.

Experience

- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- 1+ years of sales experience outbound calling
- 1+years of experience a life insurance agent with demonstrated closing success
- Experience with Universal Life Insurance, Whole Life Insurance, and Term Life insurance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex topics succinctly.
- Proactive, self-motivated with a drive to meet and beat objectives.
