With our recent Series F round, we are building the abundance of frontier data needed for Artificial General Intelligence, deepening our evaluation capabilities for both public and private customers.

About the Data Engine

The Generative AI Data Engine powers the world’s most advanced LLMs through RLHF, human data generation, evaluation, safety and alignment. The data we produce is central to how humanity interacts with AI.

About the Pay Team

The Pay & Incentives team manages contributor payments and shapes pay strategies that incentivize high-quality work. A background in payment infrastructure is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own large areas within our product.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal and external customers.
• Build features end‑to‑end : front‑end, back‑end, system design, debugging, and testing.
• Deliver experiments at a high velocity and quality to engage customers.
• Work through the entire product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Influence the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team.
• Mentor less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new product features and experiences.

Requirements

Compensation

Base salary range for this full‑time position in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle : $212,000 – $254,400 USD. The range is minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries, determined by location and other factors. Equity is granted subject to Board approval. Additional benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; a learning and development stipend; generous PTO; and a commuter stipend.
