Key Responsibilities
Design and execute personalized lifecycle programs across email, SMS, and in-app channels
Develop segmentation strategies and behavioral triggers for targeted communications
Create dashboards and reporting cadences to monitor lifecycle KPIs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing in a B2C environment
Proven success in designing and optimizing automated lifecycle journeys
Hands-on experience with email marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and personalization strategies
Analytical mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
