Manage EssilorLuxottica Eye Care activities to develop and retain affiliated Doctors of Optometry (OD) across Luxottica Retail Optical Brands. Create an environment that promotes retention, reinforces the Luxottica Eye Care Doctor employer brand and positions EssilorLuxottica as the premiere affiliation of choice for optometrists.
Doctor engagement builds strong, collaborative partnerships between EssilorLuxottica-affiliated doctors and our retail brands. This role serves as a strategic partner to brands' leadership, driving initiatives that improve communication, support doctor education, recognize doctor contributions, and increase overall doctor satisfaction with their EssilorLuxottica partnership.

Pay Range : 165,052.80-243,145.60
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and / or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
