Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales to lead B2B and channel sales efforts in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B sales strategy targeting various sectors

Identify and close high-value deals to drive revenue growth

Build, lead, and mentor a remote sales team for consistent results

Required Qualifications

8-12+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including 5 years in leadership roles

Proven success in driving sales growth with Canadian and U.S. customers

Experience selling technology solutions to retail, real estate, or energy sectors

Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships

Experience scaling remote or hybrid sales teams
