LPN - Per Diem - Weekends

Behavioral Health Network, recognized as the 10th Top Places to work in MA by the Boston Globe, is looking for a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Hyde Park, MA.

Here's what you will do :

• Play an essential support role in providing basic medical care, health monitoring and medication management for clients in early recovery from substance use disorders.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, med logs, incident reports, and progress notes.
• Document communication with providers, referrals, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with case managers, primary care providers, outpatient addiction treatment centers, and mental health professionals.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical and recovery staff.
• Help maintain a structured, safe, and recovery-oriented environment.
