We are seeking an accomplished Director of Recruiting to design, lead, and scale our global hiring function across technical, clinical, and operational domains. This leader will be responsible for setting the long-term recruiting strategy, overseeing full-cycle hiring, and elevating our employer brand as we expand. The ideal candidate is both a strategic architect and a hands-on operator, capable of building scalable recruiting systems while ensuring every candidate touchpoint reflects our mission-driven culture.

Responsibilities include defining talent strategy, owning full-cycle recruiting, building and leading teams, achieving operational excellence, championing the candidate experience, and enhancing employer brand and market presence.

Qualifications include 1215 years of progressive recruiting experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles driving team and org-wide talent acquisition strategy. Proven track record of success in technology, healthcare, or AI-driven environments, with deep knowledge of both technical and non-technical functions. Demonstrated experience building scalable recruiting operations, from tools and workflows to analytics and reporting frameworks. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influence skillscapable of partnering effectively with executives and inspiring cross-functional alignment. Strong passion for mission-driven work and a deep belief in the power of people to drive organizational success.
