Our co-founders are Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google’s earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR / VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

What you'll do

Coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video conference interviews with speed and efficiency

Leverage applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience

Improve efficiency by maintaining data accuracy and gathering metrics to help prepare reports to keep recruiters and hiring managers on target

Demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims

Meet and greet candidates while they are onsite for interviews

Deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates

Take on projects to impact our workflow and office experiences

Please note this is a 6-month contract position and ineligible for full-time benefits below

What you'll bring

2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company

Operational excellence, a data-driven mindset, and a great attitude for multitasking and problem-solving

High level of integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining candidate confidentiality and privacy

Demonstrated experience in coordinating schedules and managing communications with C-suite leadership, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration

Ability to be in person in our San Francisco office, Monday - Thursday
