As part of our team, you will help companies identify, build, and realize value from their GenAI investments, often for the first time. We are customer-centric, working backward from the customer's problem and holding ourselves accountable for creating both financial impact and improving the lives of end-users.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for priority roles through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and targeted outreach

Qualify resumes for alignment and basic fit

Maintain clean, organized candidate pipelines

Draft outreach and follow-up messaging to engage candidates

Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate panel logistics

Keep hiring managers updated on pipeline status and next steps

Track and follow up with candidates through all stages to reduce drop-off

Qualifications

Experience as a recruiting coordinator, sourcer, or in a similar talent acquisition support role

Ability to run sourcing campaigns and drive consistent outreach volume

Strong organization and follow-through

Clear, polished written communication

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Familiarity with Ashby (a plus)
