Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be :

• Lead process development and optimization for coil winding, transformer assembly, and other electronic manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to implement new technologies and manufacturing methods.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.
• Support capital equipment planning, layout design, and workflow improvements to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality management systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer should have :

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years working in electronics-related products or processes.
• Experience in manufacturing leadership or supervisory roles strongly preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and process validation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
