A company is looking for a Leave Administrator, Mid.
Key Responsibilities
Process leaves of absence for various employee benefit programs
Advise employees on policies and documentation requirements related to leave
Monitor absence status and collaborate with management on return-to-work accommodations
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3+ years of human resource experience
Experience working with leave of absence
Strong organizational skills
Technical proficiency in human resource software
Bachelor's degree preferred
