We're Hiring : Administrative Assistant – Hope Springs (Springfield, IL)

Hope Springs is looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep our Supportive Housing Program running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do :

• Be the friendly face (and voice!) greeting visitors and callers
• Keep our records tidy and our schedules on point
• Support staff with meetings, reports, and special projects
• Help us stay stocked, sorted, and HIPAA-compliant
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9–5 (with occasional evenings / weekends)
