Your Role as Team Leader :

• Coach, mentor, and lead a team of real estate agents to achieve greater productivity and success.
• Guide agents in converting leads and closing deals through consistent training and personalized support.

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits : Flexible schedule
