Immediate need for a talented Mainframe DB2 Admin. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Newark, DE / Addison, TX / Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC / Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL / Jersey City, NJ / Pennington, NJ / Richmond, VA (Hybrid).

Pay Range : $60.00 - $65.00 / hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining mainframe DB2 database environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Addressing database security, capacity planning, backup and recovery strategies, and performance optimization.
• Collaborating with development teams to optimize DB2 queries and database code.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience
