Mandatory Skills- COBOL, MQ, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM

Working on enterprise-wide applications, Agile methodologies

Process Skills : Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Outstanding written / verbal communication skills with experience distilling and presenting complex quantitative analysis

Nice to have : REXX, SAS, Cloud Exposure, batch processing
