What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment
Develop and implement organic SEO strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issuesMonitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or AhrefsStay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trendsKeyword ManagementPerform keyword research to identify high-value opportunities
Maintain and optimize keyword lists for various content typesCollaborate with content creators to ensure keyword integration and relevanceBlog Strategy & Content CreationLead blog strategy to support SEO and brand storytelling
Coordinate with writers and designers to produce engaging, optimized blog contentTrack blog performance and adjust strategy based on analyticsOnline Reputation ManagementMonitor and report on online reviews across platforms (Google, etc.)
Identify trends and escalate reputation risks to relevant stakeholdersDevelop strategies to encourage positive reviews and manage negative feedbackGoogle Business Profile (GBP) ManagementOwn GBP strategy across locations, including optimization and post creation
Monitor GBP insights and performance metricsEnsure consistency and accuracy of business information across listingsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the site content team to align SEO goals with web content
Partner with the organic social team to amplify SEO-driven contentCoordinate with paid SEO / SEM teams to ensure holistic search strategyPerformance MetricsOrganic traffic growth and conversion rates
