Your role in our mission

• Conduct On-Site Surveys

Perform site visits to healthcare provider facilities to assess compliance with enrollment requirements in accordance with CMS, state, and federal regulatory guidelines.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all site survey findings and observations.

Evaluate and document the physical infrastructure, equipment, and operational resources at each site to ensure alignment with standards.

Manage interactions with healthcare providers professionally, both over the phone and in person.

Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with providers effectively and produce clear, comprehensive reports.

Analyze collected data to determine compliance outcomes (pass / fail) and identify areas of improvement.

Make sound, timely decisions regarding provider suitability for basic enrollment processes based on survey findings.

Communicate state and federal requirements to providers and document policies in accordance with specified guidelines.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of key concepts and principles in the healthcare and / or insurance fields.

The pay range for this position is $29,100.00- $41,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
