Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing information, maintaining accurate records, and delivering timely, courteous responses to inquiries or issues from clients, employees, and external parties. This position requires excellent research skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in computer applications. You will also compile and distribute essential AR reporting packages.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct accounting and reporting activities in compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
• Review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of Accounts Receivable tasks for your designated area on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end close processes, adherence to SoX controls, and meet financial reporting deadlines.
• Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with SoX controls.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the accounts receivable team.
