Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rapidly expanding pharmacy division within a national telehealth organization seeks experienced pounding Pharmacists for its growing pounding pharmacy in Stockton, CA. This dynamic site is enhancing its sterile pounding capabilities with new hoods and an expanded range of services, necessitating additional pharmacist support to manage increased workload.

Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

No weekends, no on-call duties

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare sterile and non-sterile pounded medications including injectables, IVs, creams, capsules, and ophthalmics in alignment with USP standards.

Perform rigorous quality control checks, maintain strict aseptic techniques, and ensure thorough and accurate documentation adherence to regulatory requirements.

Stay abreast of FDA, USP, and state guidelines, actively supporting audits, inspections, and pliance with licensure.

Collaborate with prescribers to develop customized medication formulations and provide expert guidance on pounded therapies.

Engage in teamwork with pharmacy staff to support daily operations and foster a culture prioritizing safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Active California Pharmacist License (required)

Proven sterile pounding experience (required)

In-depth understanding of USP

and

guidelines

Prior experience in a pounding pharmacy environment preferred
