An expanding pounding pharmacy located in Tracy, CA is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with expertise in sterile pounding to join their team in a direct-hire capacity. Responsibilities :

• Prepare sterile and non-sterile pounded medications, including injectables, IV solutions, creams, capsules, and ophthalmics, adhering strictly to USP and regulatory standards.
• Perform quality control checks and maintain aseptic conditions to ensure patient safety.
• Stay current with FDA, USP, and state pharmacy regulations; support audits, inspections, and necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with prescribers to develop customized medication formulations and provide expert guidance.
• Work closely with pharmacy staff to support daily operations and promote a culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
