Job Title : Estimator & Project Manager

Location : Raritan, NJ (On-site, Full-time)

Company has specialized in supplying, installing, and fabricating doors, hardware, and locks across New Jersey and the Tri-State area.

We are seeking an Estimator & Project Manager to handle estimating, submittals, purchasing, and project oversight. This role requires strong communication with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure accurate proposals, on-time delivery, and successful project execution.

Qualifications :

• Experience in commercial doors and hardware (preferred)
• Strong skills in estimating, cost management, and budgeting
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
• Proficiency with construction / project management software
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
