What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials for individuals entering or exiting the premises to help maintain authorized entry.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting all activities and / or incidents as required by site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any irregularities or concerns.

Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and / or client representatives to address security-related matters as they arise.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or potential threats within the location, escalating issues according to established procedures.

Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations or drills, in accordance with site-specific guidelines and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements

A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
