Psych RN / Director of Nursing (DON)

Location :  Blount County Jail – Maryville, TN

\n Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday (on-site)

\n\n\nRole Summary\n\n

TK Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead daily clinical operations and nursing services at Blount County Jail. The Psych RN / DON partners with custody leadership, oversees compliance and quality, and supports a mission-driven team providing patient care where the need is highest.

Current, valid, unrestricted RN license (Tennessee)

Supervisory / leadership experience in clinical settings

\n\t

\n\t

Correctional healthcare experience preferred

\n\t

\n\t

Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
