Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct home supervisory visits to ensure quality care and client satisfaction.
  • Train and support caregivers to meet the highest standards of care.
  • Assist with office duties , care coordination, and occasional client follow-ups.
  • Provide clinical insight and collaborate with team members on care plans.

Qualifications :

  • Current LPN license in good standing (State of [Your State])
  • Experience in home care or senior care preferred.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and teamwork.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
