The Role

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. From process optimization to systems support, you'll help streamline workflows, solve problems, and enable the entire team to perform at its best.

You can’t drop the ball. No matter how many balls you’re juggling.

This role requires exceptional multitasking, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to prioritize like a pro.

Key Responsibilities

Build and streamline core operational processes across departments to improve efficiency and scalability

Manage day-to-day business operations , ensuring nothing falls through the cracks — from tracking orders to scheduling team meetings

Track KPIs and prepare reports for leadership to help guide decision-making

Manage company tools and software (e.g., CRM, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace) and act as point of contact for tool setup and troubleshooting

Coordinate internal projects and events with c-level leadership and act as a bridge between teams to ensure alignment and execution

Wear multiple hats — you might be ordering office supplies one minute and project managing a product launch the next

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business support

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills and a “figure it out” mindset

Compensation Range : $120K - $220K
