Job Description

The Sales Associate / Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are searching for passionate beauty lovers who want to assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty will provide the necessary training. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!

Your Role At Sally Beauty

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work flexible schedules to meet business needs.
