As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver - Tech Site in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech-focused location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining a visible presence throughout the property. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. This position is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites. Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education. Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams. Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service. Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests by performing security-related tasks, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations on site in a calm and problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal training and protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Document and report security-related incidents, unusual observations, and / or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure and welcoming environment. Remain alert to surroundings and promptly address any security-related concerns as they arise. Follow site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines when carrying out assigned duties within a technology-focused location.

What We're Looking For

Availability across various days and shifts. Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments. A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company. Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
