Overview

Insurance Collector (Full Time) — Partners in Child Development, Andover, MA. Hourly Rate : $24.53 - $27.18. This is a full-time, 35 hours / week, benefit-eligible role located in our Andover, MA office.

Responsibilities

Collect and manage data to create and maintain EI children's files, including pre-authorizations, referrals, and electronic / paper documentation.
Enter and update records in the Thom Billing software system; process insurance payments, appeals, and secondary billing to MassHealth.
Reconcile accounts by investigating payment issues, preparing monthly reports, and collaborate with other finance department staff.

What You Bring

3-5 years of relevant experience in third party billing / medical insurance billing. Knowledge of Thom Billing Software is a plus.

Proficient in MS Excel.

Analytical skills with the ability to research and reconcile ledger accounts.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize work, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
