Position

We're looking for an experienced Fulfillment Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation at our Round Rock facility. You'll oversee a team of 57 hourly associates and be responsible for meeting and improving upon Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals. If you have a background in managing fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse teams and thrive in a hands-on, process-driven environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact. The Fulfillment Manager will be required to support continuous improvement initiatives and projects, ensuring the Fulfillment Teams performance scales appropriately to exceed our internal & customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safety

Support, or personally conduct, safety observations (BBS Observations), identifying hazards proactively and assisting in implementing improvements to enhance Wondercides work environment

Manage overall and individual team member performance to quality standards per service level agreements

Manage overall and individual team member performance to productivity standards per NetSuite standards and labor rates

Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development support to direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Analyze fulfillment data trends, identify root causes, and implement sustainable process changes. Identify opportunities to reduce waste.

Requirements :

This position is based onsite in Round Rock, Texas.
