Job Title : HOA Attorney
Location : 13000 Avalon Lake Drive, Suite 305, Orlando, FL 32828
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Work Setup : Hybrid – In-office 3 days (Mon, Tue, Thu), remote 2 days (Wed, Fri)
Pay : $95,000 – $130,000 / year (Based on experience)
Employment Type : Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research and draft detailed legal documents
- Represent clients in litigation, trials, and hearings
- Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Negotiate settlements and manage case files
- Collaborate with legal staff for comprehensive case management
- Stay current on laws and regulations affecting HOA and community associations
- Provide legal counsel to clients regarding rights and obligations
