We are seeking an experienced Server who is passionate about hospitality and serving our guests, someone that appreciates Southern Italian cuisine and enjoys creating an inviting and warm environment, where you are the experience! If you have a truly sales-oriented personality, a bright and positive attitude then we are looking for you to join our team! The Ideal candidates will have strong, food and beverage knowledge and can work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.

Your Role with Us :

Offer exceptional NYC style & sense of humor hospitality to each guest that walks through our doors and delivers Carmine's family style dining experience.

• Greet guests in a timely and professional manner and take their orders while consistently using suggestive selling techniques.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging the guest about both Carmine's and Virgil's locations and inviting them back again for Special Events and Catering experiences.
• Consistently delivering a high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that food orders are accurate.
• Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables rapidly and accurately; all Server's may be scheduled for food runner shifts.
• Serve food and beverage orders within established time frames once the entire order is complete.
• Complete all side work necessary at the end of every shift.
• Work with the entire team in the front of the house and the kitchen to ensure the guest has the best possible experience.
