  • Schedule : Monday Friday / 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • Location : St. Petersburg, FL. Hybrid role must be able to come into the office 2-3 days a week

  • 12 months assignment with opportunity to extend Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Support Corporate meetings and events planners in the daily tasks (i.e., updating templates, proofreading, printing, collating materials before meetings, expense management)
  • Research vendor services and present in comprehensive spreadsheet
  • Reconcile planner event expenses
  • Manage online registration, mobile application and virtual meeting needs in conjunction with the Event Technology Administrator leading up to the event and onsite.
  • Assist the meeting planners with meeting logistics and deliverables including but not limited to registration sites, hotel arrangements, coordination of materials, travel arrangements
  • Assist with reconciliation of expenses and obtain approvals, resolve disputes in a timely manner
  • Assist in maintaining meetings and events information database
  • Assist with ad hoc special projects Education / Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of office or related experience providing administrative support and / or events industry experience.
  • Hybrid environment

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
