Location : Las Vegas, NV.

Pay Range : $16.50-$19.88 / hour (Based on experience & qualifications).

What You’ll Be Doing :

As a Shipping & Subrental Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing rental equipment and supporting warehouse logistics to ensure our teams have the right tools for every show.

• Subrental & Cross-Rental Coordination - Track, manage, and return rental gear across LMG locations.
• Shipping & Logistics Execution - Oversee inbound / outbound equipment shipments, schedules, accuracy, and inspection.
• Vendor & Internal Communication - Collaborate with rental partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Documentation Management - Process POs, shipping logs, bills of lading, return records, and rental paperwork.
• Missing Equipment Follow-Up - Investigate and resolve lost or delayed gear with urgency.
• Warehouse Support - Prepare, package, and secure equipment for transport.
• Non-CDL Deliveries - Operate company vehicles for pickups and returns (as needed).
• Event Support (Occasional) - Assist with load-outs, returns, and on-site logistics.
