Lead HVAC Installer MA / CT - Heat Pumps

We're looking for people with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to come join the Green Collar team!

Green Collar is seeking an experienced Lead Heat Pump installer to help grow our HVAC operations.

• This job position includes but is not limited to :
• Installing ductless mini-split evaporators and condensers
• Installing ducted heat pump systems
• Ordering and monitoring inventory for projects
• Managing 1-2 technicians daily, including training at times
• This position requires the following :
• 2-5 years minimum installing heat pumps
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• S-1 or S-2 licensure in the state of Connecticut

Wages dependent on _relevant _experience, work ethic, and reliability.

Pay : $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
