Provider Recruiting Associate

A company is looking for a Provider Recruiting Associate to enhance the hiring experience for Registered Dietitians.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the dedicated point of contact for applicants, effectively communicating Nourish's value proposition, policies, and processes

Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups to increase offer acceptance

Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to improve funnel conversion and inform hiring strategy

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume process

Ability to learn new processes quickly and assume ownership of tasks

Experience in fast-paced start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations or tech

Passion for nutrition and wellness, motivated to help others improve their health
