Job descriptionPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and support the month-end and year-end close Ensure financial statements are prepared accurately and in compliance with GAAP Manage revenue recognition activities and assist in preparing financial reports for internal use Review and code credit card transactions for proper general ledger classification Oversee and approve employee travel and expense reimbursements to ensure compliance with company policies Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure internal controls are followed Support external audit efforts by preparing required documentation and schedules Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and operational improvements Partner with the Controller on special projects and help streamline accounting processes Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or high-growth environment Solid understanding of GAAP and financial close processes Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
