Senior Analyst - Contracts Management

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - GPO Audit & Contracts Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the contract management database and ensure timely updates of contract pricing and membership information

Reconcile chargebacks and coordinate invoice correction requests while maintaining communication with suppliers and customers

Analyze variance contracts and develop operational performance reports to support strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field

3 to 5 years of related experience in contract management or chargebacks

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI; prior experience in SAP is desirable

Ability to work overtime as needed to meet departmental objectives

Experience collaborating with diverse teams and managing supplier relationships effectively
