Job descriptionDrive 3PL to Oversee accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventories, manage stock levels, and handle discrepancies. Implement and enforce safety procedures, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies. Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Liaise with other departments (e.g., procurement, transportation) to align operations with broader company goals and ensure smooth workflows. Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse documentation, such as manifests, stock cards, and inventory reports. Close communication with internal customers to prioritize the shipments and work with manufacturing to correct send the material to the lines Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5 + years of experience in warehouse operations Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with inventory management tools and shipping / receiving software. Strong team management and coaching abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operation Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. OSHA certification, Forklift Operation Certification, Six Sigma or Lean Management training.
