Job Description

The Recruiter maintains a pipeline of appropriate candidates to meet current and future staffing needs. This position makes and implements recommendations to improve recruitment, retention, and the New Hire experience. The Specialist may assist with other HR responsibilities as directed and support the HR Team as needed.
