The Role : Contract Recruiter (3-Month Term, immediate start preferred) SuperOrdinary is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our HR team for a 3-month engagement. This is a high-impact role focused on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring critical talent for our innovative businesses, primarily supporting our TikTok and Fanfix business units.

This role is hybrid, in our Beverly Hills office 4 days / week.

Responsibilities :

As our dedicated Contract Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of low-to-mid-level roles essential for the continued growth of SuperOrdinary's TikTok and Fanfix businesses.

• Sourcing & Strategy : Develop and execute sharp, effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates, with a focus on quick placement and efficiency.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Own the entire recruitment pipeline, including conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, conducting robust candidate screening, presenting top candidates, coordinating hiring manager interviews, and managing the offer process.
• Talent Specialization : Your recruiting efforts will be concentrated on filling roles in key business areas, including :
