Summary : In this role, you will develop, manage, and deliver a complex set of collaborative programs to member hospitals, clinics, and practices using in-depth expertise to develop collaborative topic area content through research and collaboration with subject matter expert (SME) teams. You will facilitate collaborative improvement community work (one to many) from recruitment of members through knowledge sharing of leading practices to drive measurable improvement and change (e.g., reduction in length of stay, readmission, patient centeredness, hospital acquired conditions).
Responsibilities :
Qualifications : Relevant degree preferred. 7 or more years of experience in quality improvement / performance improvement role within a health care setting required. Strong project management experience desired, PMP or Black belt certification highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Ability to analyze data and effectively identify opportunities. Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range : At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00. This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
