About The Position

Responsibilities :

Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plans for patients.

Conduct therapeutic activities and exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, and daily living tasks.

Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT.

Educate patients and families on techniques to enhance functional independence.

Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies in a clean and safe condition.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated patient care.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program .

Active state OTA license (or eligibility for licensure).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Previous experience in [rehabilitation, hospital, skilled nursing, or home health] preferred.
