We are looking for an experienced, talented telephone real estate sales professional to focus on expired listings and FSBOs to support our Listing Team.

Duncan Duo Real Estate at LPT is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in the country! You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system.

You will schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing specialists and get to work with the best real estate salespeople in our company!

The ideal person is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness.

This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets each and every month.

Commission - $100,000+ for the right person who is unafraid to be on the phone and wants to win!

Compensation :

$100,000+ commission + bonus structure

Responsibilities :

• Make frequent and consistent outreach to prospective clients, staying connected with leads in the pipeline
• Responsible for outbound calls, texts, e-mails, social media prospecting, organizing, and coordinating selling opportunities
• Develop relationships and schedule meetings with owners of expired listings and FSBOs
• Reactivate contacts in our database of clients to generate listings for the team
• Work in partnership with listing agents and the operations team to secure and finalize sales
• Maintain customer data records
