Job Description
At Teledyne FLIR, we turn data into decisions that drive innovation, security, and performance across nine business units. As a Financial Analyst on our FP&A team, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial future of our organization. You'll work with powerful tools like Anaplan, OneStream, Power BI, and SQL to deliver forecasts, insights, and reporting that support strategic decision-making. What You'll Do
- Coordinate planning and forecasting across multiple business units
- Analyze financial data and create intuitive visualizations using Anaplan and Power BI
- Support finance partners with technical expertise in Anaplan and OneStream
- Build and maintain Anaplan models and Power BI dashboards
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions
- Submit forecasts, plans, and supplemental analytics
- Collaborate across teams to improve financial processes and reporting
- Become a certified Anaplan Model Builder within 6 months (training provided)
What You Need
Required : Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsRequired : 2-5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&ARequired : BS / BA in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldRequired : Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQLAdvantage : Experience with Anaplan, OneStream, Power BI, or similar toolsAdvantage : Certified Anaplan Model Builder or willingness to become certifiedRequired : Excellent communication and collaboration skillsRequired : Ability to work independently and adapt to changeRequired : Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.What We Offer
