The Morgan Law Group, PA, is seeking a self-motivated bilingual paralegal with at least three years of experience in general civil litigation. As a paralegal, you will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney.

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office efficiency.
• Conduct legal research using  Westlaw  and other resources.
• Handle communication with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain and update case files using case management software.
• Monitor deadlines and manage attorney calendars.
• Draft and file  Notices, Motions, Subpoenas, and responses to Discovery requests .
• Communicate with defense counsel and judicial assistants.
