Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager :

Seeking a strategic financial leader to support the CFO with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include developing financial projections, modeling simulations, and pro-forma budgets. The role involves managing the budgeting process, overseeing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

Conduct financial analysis and reporting.

Develop financial models and budget projections.

Assisting with budget preparation and monitor progress.

Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.

Collaborate with departments to meet financial needs.

Qualifications of the Director of Financial Planning & Reporting :

Worked with $100+ Million budgets, preferably in the NFP industry

5+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or accounting.

Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce a plus.

Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
