We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented front desk coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys welcoming visitors, managing office essentials, and supporting daily operational tasks. You'll play an important role in ensuring the office functions smoothly while providing excellent front desk service.

Responsibilities :

• Create a welcoming and professional reception area for visitors and staff.
• Answer and direct incoming calls through a multi-line phone system.
• Ensure the office is clean and organized by coordinating cleaning services.
• Support basic building maintenance tasks and report necessary repairs.
• Track and replenish office supplies, as well as maintain kitchen stock.
• Assist with coordinating vendor services, including office utilities and maintenance.
• Monitor the condition of furniture and office equipment, arranging repairs or replacements as needed.
