About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can translate TrueLoyal’s product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with brands, buyers, and users. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and go-to-market and plays a critical role in positioning TrueLoyal as the challenger brand in the loyalty space.
You’ll own messaging, product storytelling, competitive intelligence, enablement, and new product launches—helping shape how TrueLoyal shows up in the market and empowering our sales and customer teams to win.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a strategic marketer who thrives in SaaS, loves simplifying the complex, and knows how to move quickly in a fast-changing category.
What You’ll Do
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop clear, differentiated, consumer-centric positioning for TrueLoyal’s platform and products
- Create messaging frameworks, value propositions, and product narratives that stand out in a crowded loyalty market
- Conduct customer and market research to refine how TrueLoyal communicates value
Go-to-Market Strategy
Lead GTM planning for new product features, enhancements, and launchesPartner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to define target users, segments, use cases, and launch strategiesBuild repeatable GTM frameworks and processes that scale as we growCompetitive & Market Intelligence
Own and manage competitive research, market insights, and category analysisEquip internal teams with competitive battlecards, positioning guidance, and market contextIdentify whitespace opportunities and emerging trends—especially around AI, consumer behavior, and commerceSales Enablement
Create sales playbooks, pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, and persona-specific messagingPartner with Sales to understand objections, gaps, and opportunities to increase win ratesSupport pipeline generation with compelling product-led content and positioningContent & Thought Leadership
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce product content : videos, webinars, case studies, product demos, and blog postsDevelop thought leadership supporting our challenger POV in the loyalty spaceHelp articulate the vision and future of our platform to both internal teams and the marketCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Management to understand roadmaps, release cycles, and customer needsPartner with Customer Success to build strong product adoption narratives and success storiesSupport CMO, CSO, and Executive team with strategic storytelling and product communicationRequirements
What You Bring
5–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing (MarTech, loyalty, eCommerce, or CX tech a strong plus)Proven success building messaging frameworks, positioning, and GTM strategiesDeep understanding of SaaS buying dynamics, customer journeys, and sales motionsExperience supporting enterprise and mid-market sales teamsStrong storytelling ability—you can simplify the complex and make it compellingAnalytical mindset with comfort in market research and competitive analysisExcellent communication and collaboration skills across teamsA bias for action—you like to move fast and challenge the status quoPassion for consumer behavior, loyalty, and the evolving commerce landscapeBenefits
